Policies

Transparent rules for a transparent ecosystem.

Data Protection & Privacy Policy

At PushKart, data is our moat and our responsibility. This policy outlines how Stryanza Services LLP collects, uses, and protects data generated through the PushKart platform.

1. Data Ownership

All transaction data, retailer behaviour, and market intelligence generated on the platform is the proprietary asset of Stryanza Services LLP. Brands partnered with PushKart receive access to slices of this data (e.g., SKU velocity for their own products) via the Brand Dashboard, but do not own the raw data.

2. AI & Analytics Usage

We use aggregated and anonymized retailer ordering data to train our AI demand forecasting and credit scoring models. Individual store data is never sold to third-party advertising networks.

3. Information Security

We employ industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect sensitive retailer information and brand IP from unauthorized access.

Terms of Service (Brands & Retailers)

1. Brand Launchpad Agreements

By onboarding onto the PushKart platform, brands agree to our standard commission structure (2-4% on fulfilled sales) and any upfront platform activation fees. PushKart is a distribution and analytics platform, not an advertising medium for restricted categories.

2. Retailer Code of Conduct

Retailers utilizing our platform agree to maintain their store's digital identity honestly. The use of our Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) credit facility (Phase 2) is strictly subject to the AI credit scoring algorithm and repayment behaviour.

3. Counterfeit Protection

PushKart operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit goods. All items are digitally tagged. Any attempt to introduce unverified stock into the PushKart network will result in immediate termination of the partnership and legal action.

Refund & Settlement Policy

PushKart aims to ensure a smooth financial flow between retailers, the platform, and brands.

  • Brand Settlements: Brand payments collected from retailers (minus PushKart's commission) are settled according to the mutually agreed payout cycle in the brand contract.
  • Retailer Returns: Returns from retailers are only accepted for damaged goods at the time of delivery by our logistics partners. Expired stock returns depend strictly on the individual brand's policy.
